Saffron joined the academy in April 2024.

Ruby joined the Academy in September 2023, and works at a local salon in Sandy, Bedfordshire.

Janey joined the Academy in November 2024 & is based at a local salon based at Shefford.

Isla joined the Academy in October 2024, and is on our 12 month training programme.

Donna is Head of Education at the Academy. Donna has been in the industry since she was 16 and has loved every moment! Donna still works as a Colourist & Stylist in a salon and runs a full column and believes this is important when it comes to delivering training to our learners. “Practise what you preach” keeping her eye on the ever changing fashions & styles Donna always teaches the most up to date skills. Donna also has her Wella Master colour award which makes her incredibly knowledgably when it comes to hair colour. As Head of Education Donna over sees all the learners on their practical & theory learning and looks after the learner when it comes to their “END POINT ASSESSMENT” which is their final exam to achieve their NVQ qualification. To date Donna has a 100% pass rate on our learners EPA !

Mandie is one of our tutors in the Academy. With over 35 years experience in the industry she really knows her stuff, especially when it comes to colouring. Mandie has her Wella Master colour award which makes her very knowledgable when it comes to hair colour. Anything you need to know, Mandie's your women! Mandie will always let you know what will look best for you and always give her learners the best advice to achieve the best results.

Carmen joined the training team in September 2023. Carmen is a highly skilled hairstylist with a real passion for the industry. This year Carmen has become part of the training team as she wants to pass he knowledge and skills onto the next generation of stylist. Carmen teaches our Level 3 evening course and also our Monday daytime Level 2 course.

Danny runs his own group of Salons and around 15years ago had the vision to set up a training academy and partnered up with Central. The academy has grown year on year and is now proud to work with local salon owners to provide training to their apprentices. Danny has incredible hairdressing talent and loves passing on his skills to others. You will see Danny in the Academy as a guest trainer. Photography is another huge passion of Danny’s and he looks after our images for any competition work we enter

Emma’s background is in the Beauty industry & joined the hairdressing industry around 11years ago where she is a Salon & Business Manager to a well established Salon. Over the last few years Emma has become involved with running & growing the Training Academy, and in 2021 became a business partner in the Academy. Emma loves making new relationships with other local salon owners to provide training for their apprentices.

Nazar has joined the Academy in October on a 3 month programme to gain extra skills & understanding of the hair industry.

Storm joined the academy in October 2024, and works at a local salon in Biggleswade.

Annabel joined the Academy in August 2024 & is based at a local salon based at Fairfield Park, Stotfold.

Maisy joined the academy in September 2023 on the Level 2 programme, and is based at a hair salon in Letchworth.

Inez joined the academy in 2023, and works at a local salon in Potton.

Ellise joined the academy in 2023, and works at a local salon in Letchworth Garden City.

Latesha joined the Academy in August 2024 & is based at a local salon based in Letchworth Garden City.

Sophie will be joining the academy in August 2024, and works at a local salon in Welwyn Garden City.

Tilly joined the Academy in September 2024 & is based at a local salon in Sandy.

Freya joined the Academy in August 2024 & is based at a local salon based at Fairfield Park, Stotfold.
